「EVTOL」概念車計劃是 Rolls-Royce 這家英國公司最新提出的空中機動性用途設計，期望實用於飛行出租車的推進系統，以達成在下一個十年初直接讓計程車衝上天空之路。「EVTOL」是一個採用電動垂直起降的企劃，車輛包含可以旋轉 90 度的機翼，同時其螺旋槳延伸部分也可以在所需的高度方便地折疊一次，能夠運送多達五名乘客同時在天空上以最快 250 英里／小時的速度行駛 500 英里之多，降落並使用現有的直升機場和機場。一旦成功後除了出租車的服務之外，甚至可以執行私人運輸、貨物運輸等讓生活質素直接提升的項目。
